We ship using the delivery service offering the most optimal transit time required to get your gifts and treats delivered in their best condition.

Your order may be shipped in an insulated cooler with dry ice and/or cold gel packs when necessary. Please remember to reuse the gel packs and insulated coolers next time you're heading out with foods or beverages that need to be kept cold!

Please remember that deliveries left on porches or in warm foyers may cause your shipment to melt. For this reason, we suggest you provide a shipping address where someone will be able to store your package in a cool place immediately upon delivery.

April 1 - on or about mid October: During this time period, all orders containing heat sensitive items, such as chocolate, and with transit route or destination temperatures over 74 degrees F will go through our Warm Weather Shipping protocol to ensure an optimal delivery. Candy Orders:

Orders placed by 12 Noon Eastern Time Monday thru Wednesday are typically shipped the same day, or one day after they are received. Orders received after Wednesday at 12 Noon Eastern Time will possibly be held to ship on the following Monday, especially if that order contains temperature-sensitive items.

Cake Orders:

To uphold our No Melt Guarantee and reduce waste, any orders containing cakes will only ship on Tuesday and Wednesday. All items in the order (cake and candy) will be held to ship together.

Dessert Topping was discolored when opened

I love Sander’s hot fudge topping. I grew up eating it over ice cream and just love it. I was gifted a jar and unfortunately, it was separated and looked funny when I opened it. I started to mix it together when my brother’s said not to and that it was probably bad. I called the company and by the third contact, I received an email asking for a lot of information (not a phone call). I sent the info but since I don’t have an order number, they are refusing to send me a new jar. They will only send me coupons for their candy. Since I dislike sea salt which is on ALL of their caramels, this is pretty pointless. I can’t believe that they CANNOT (their words) do anything else. This is one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with a company in I can’t remember when. I have gifted and told so many people about Sander’s over the years, I can’t even imagine supporting them at this point. We are talking a $12.99 jar which is even on sale 15% off right now. Are we at a point where keeping a customer is no longer worth $12.99?

Not the same

This is not Milk Chocolate Hot Fudge as it says when I ordered. Nowhere on the label does it say “Milk Chocolate Hot Fudge.. it is thick and when heated it looks and tastes like plain chocolate syrup. You could eat the original with a spoon right from the jar but this one is like thick frosting. Bring back the original recipe!

Nothing like the original

Thie hot fudge is disappointing and not anything like the original. The taste profile is similar to the old bittersweet, but it’s now thick and gritty. I’m not a fan and will not purchase again.

BEST TOPPING EVER!

Been eating Sanders hot fudge since I was a kid so long time ago and it's outstanding, unlike any other fudge topping. Love it. Have given it to many friends/family over the years and they all love it too.
