Olivier Bouret serves as Chief Operations Officer of Second Nature Brands, where he leads the company’s operations and supply chain organization, with a focus on operational excellence, driving efficiencies, supporting profitable growth, and building strong teams and capabilities across the business.

Olivier brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience in the food and consumer-packed goods industry. Before joining Second Nature Brands, he served as Chief Supply Chain Officer of Ferrara Candy Company, where he led the company’s end-to-end global supply chain and helped transform supply chain performance to support significant business growth. Prior to Ferrara, Olivier served as Chief Supply Chain Officer of Whole Earth Brands and spent more than 25 years with Mondelēz International and Kraft Foods in senior operations, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain leadership roles across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.

An engineer by training, Olivier has spent his career leading complex business and supply chain transformations, integrations, digital initiatives, and operational improvement programs. He is known for his collaborative, hands-on leadership style and his ability to build high-performing teams while improving service, efficiency, cost, and overall business performance.
