Jeff O’Gradney serves as Vice President, Information Technology at Second Nature Brands, where he leads the company’s IT strategy and technology organization in support of the company’s continued growth and operational transformation. He partners closely with teams across the business to build scalable systems and platforms, strengthen digital capabilities, and drive technology solutions that support long-term business objectives.

Jeff brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience across ERP, supply chain systems, finance transformation, and enterprise operations. Throughout his career, he has led large scale technology initiatives and business transformation efforts within complex global organizations, with deep expertise in digital strategy, process improvement, and cross functional collaboration. He is known for his hands on leadership style, strong business partnership mindset, and ability to align technology with operational and commercial priorities.
