Chadwick Meade

VP STRATEGY & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Chad Meade serves as Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development, where he is responsible for leading (i) M&A and corporate development efforts including sourcing, due diligence, and integration, (ii) long-range planning and corporate strategy, and (iii) an enterprise-wide project management office (EPMO) coordinating critical value creation initiatives.

Before joining Second Nature Brands in 2023, Chad spent nearly 5 years in the Strategy and Transactions group at EY where he advised private equity and corporate investors across a broad range of industries including consumer packaged goods. Prior to that role, he spent 3 years in various accounting and finance roles at Western & Southern Financial Group, Deloitte, and Toyota.

Chad holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Kentucky and earned the CPA designation in 2017 (inactive).
